We want you and your pets to be happy with every order from Munchy Paws. If something’s not right, we’re here to help.
✅ Eligibility for Returns:
You can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order if:
The item is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging


The product is incorrect, damaged, or faulty upon arrival


Opened pet food or grooming items cannot be returned due to hygiene and safety.
🔄 How to Request a Return:
Email us at E- MAIL COMES HERE with your order number and reason for return


Our team will respond within 24–48 hours with next steps


Once approved, send the item back to the address we provide


Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was damaged or incorrect.

💸 Refunds:
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund within 5–7 business days. Refunds will be made to your original payment method.
